  ශ්‍රී ලංකා තාක්ෂණික විශ්වවිද්‍යාලයීය ලියෝ සමාජය මඟින් 2019/20 ලියෝ වසර සඳහා මාසිකව ඔබ වෙතට ගෙන එන  ලද  "THE LEO TIMES" සඟරාව අඛණ්ඩව ඉදිරියට ගෙන යමින්  2020/21 ලියෝ වසර සඳහා  ගෙන එන "THE LEO TIMES"  දෙවැනි වෙළුමෙහි පළමු දිගහැරුම මෙසේ ඔබ වෙත ගෙන එන්නෙමු. THE LEO TIMES : VOL 02 : ISSUE 01

In order to celebrate World Friendship Day 2020, Leo Club of Sri Lanka Technological Campus joined hands with the Leo Club of University of Sri Jayawardanepura to organize an online campaign on 30th of July 2020. This was an online campaign due to the pandemic that was prevailing at the time. In order to inform our fellow leos we shared a friendship day post through the Facebook and Instagram and sent emails for the Leo clubs as this was an online event.  As the initiative step, on 30th of July 2020 at 8 a.m., the project chairmen of Leo club of Sri Lanka Technological Campus and Leo club of University of Sri Jaywardhanapura shared a friendship day post on Facebook and Instagram. Within the campaign we also sent emails to 27 Leo clubs including Leo club of Toronto Royal, Leo club of Mumbai City Center, Leo club of Switzerland etc.  It was a great honor to us that one of the Internationally recognized Leo club of Toronto Royal, replied to our email.  Finally, It was a immense pleasure f

  සැඳෑවිය සිනහවෙන් ගත කරන් රිසිසේ පිරිසිදුම සිත් ඇතිව ගත කරන් ජීවිතේ විය යුතුම යුතුකමක් ඉටු කරන මෙහෙවරක , විශ්‍රාම වැපුරුමේ අස්වැන්න නුඹම වේ …   ජීවිතයේ තුරුණු විය කාර්යබහුලව ගෙවා දමා සැඳෑ වියට එළැඹ සිටින ජේෂ්ඨ පුරවැසි මාපියවරුන්ගේ ජීවිතයේ එක් දවසක් වෙනස් වූ ආකාරයකට ගත කරන්නට අවශ් ‍ ය මඟ පාදා දෙමින් ශ් ‍ රී ලංකා තාක්ෂණික විශ්වවිද් ‍ යාලයීය ලියෝ සමාජයේ ලියෝ නෙත්මි වීරසිංහ සොයුරිය විසින් සංවිධානය කරන්නට ‍ යෙදුණු “ වැපුරුම 2020” වැඩසටහන පසුගිය ජූලි මස 05 වන දින පෙරවරු 10 සිට දවස පුරා තිස්සමහාරාම බෙරලිහෙලේ දී අති සාර්ථක අයුරින් නිමාවට පත්විය . මෙම වැඩසටහන සාර්ථක කර ගැනීමට අප ලියෝ සමාජයේ ලියෝ අයේශ් නුවන්දික සොහොයුරාගේ සහ තවත් සාමාජික සාමාජිකාවන් බොහෝ දෙනෙකුගේද සහාය ලැබී තිබුණි . හරවත් වූද රසවත් වූද කතාබහ වලින් පිරි මෙම වැඩසටහන පිළිබඳව ඊට සහභාගී වූ මව්වරුන් හා පියවරුන් තුල වූයේ ඉමහත් ප් ‍ රසාදයකි . මෙසේ ආරම්භ කළා වූ 2020/2021 නව ලියෝ වසර පුරාවට තවත් මෙවැනි

After the COVID – 19 outbreak, the first ever large scaled beach clean-up organized by the Center for Beach Clean Ups in Sri Lanka was held successfully on the 5 th of July 2020 at the Mount Lavinia Beach with the participation of several community organizations.
