As the days drawl on and the COVID-19 pandemic slowly begins to lose its hostility, we find ourselves slowing breaking out of the monotony of spending our days being cooped up in our homes and returning back to normalcy. But as we return to our normal routines, an issue which many of us come across is the added lethargy and the subsequent lack of exercise in a person. Therefore, with the objective of motivating people into adapting a healthier and more active lifestyle, the Leo Club of Sri Lanka Technological Campus organized the project “ FIT FORMULA 2020”, which was held on the 13 th of September 2020 at the Sudarshi – Institute of Sinhala Culture, Colombo at 3.00pm.
