The talent extravaganza of the LEOs of Sri Lanka that is Elation 2021 held its final excursion, namely a talent competition, on the 4th of April 2021 from 2:00pm onwards at the Western Province Aesthetic Resort, Colombo 07. Featuring a vast variety of talented LEOs from multiple LEO districts adept in a vast variety of expertise, the event can simply be put as a colorful citadel painted in an almost hypnotic sense of enthrallment. Attended by a highly enthusiastic crowd and sponsored by the partners CLARO HOME CARE, ChoKoLAATe, the morning, TV Derana, KISS FM, WearMe, Safe Wemu, Amvor and Dare Chem and photographed and videographed by the Ananda Leos, DS Leos and FMF Media, Elation 2021 was the ideal platform for gifted LEOs to present their resplendent embellishments and for LEOs from all across the nation to construct relationships and collect colorful memories. It must be mentioned that our talented LEOs did not perform in vain, for Elation 2021 is a battleground of talent where its warriors valiantly fought tooth and claw.









The performances were acknowledged and nominated under two categories, namely the Most Popular Performer (determined by the Facebook votes garnered per contestant and via tickets voting) and Best Performer categories – the respective prize winners of the said categories were awarded valuable prizes. Two very special features of this event was the performance of the very first Acoustic Band comprised of LEOs at the Grand Finale and the thrilling after party held after the event.  Conclusively, Elation 2021 can be confidently categorized as a success, it is a place where people are appreciated for what they love to do and is a catalyst for the LEOs of Sri Lanka to joyously look forward to collecting such new experiences in the preceding future.

To save life below water... Project " BLUE PLANET" organized by SLTC Leos was successfully completed on 23rd  August 2019 at Egodahena beach, Moratuwa. This was the first environmental project of the new leoistic year 2019/2020 of SLTC Leo's.   The biggest source of pollution in the ocean is directly from human activities. 80% of the pollution happens from the land. Every day thousands of trash and waste are dumped into the ocean. 90% of floating materials are plastic and polythene. These plastics are harmful to the animals who live in the ocean because they do not decompose and it’s one of the biggest environmental threats.
